At Bhavya Fabrications, we follow a detailed, step-by-step process to ensure that every ambulance and mobile medical unit is manufactured to the highest standards. Our process involves careful planning, precise engineering, and stringent quality control to deliver reliable and efficient healthcare vehicles.
We begin with a consultation to understand your specific healthcare needs. This helps us determine the type of vehicle required (e.g., basic life support ambulance, mobile clinic, etc.) and ensures that the design meets your operational requirements.
Our expert designers create a detailed design based on your specifications. Whether you need a neonatal ambulance or a mobile diagnostic van, we offer full customization, ensuring that the layout, features, and functionality meet your exact needs.
Once the design is approved, we select the most appropriate chassis for the vehicle, whether it’s a Force Tempo Traveller, Mahindra ambulance, or another model. We ensure that the chassis can support the medical equipment and meet durability standards.
Our skilled team of fabricators builds the ambulance body according to the design specifications. This includes customizing the interior for medical equipment, patient compartments, and ensuring safety features are in place. The body is constructed using high-quality materials that comply with AIS 125 ambulance standards.
We equip the ambulance or mobile medical unit with state-of-the-art medical devices, including ventilators, defibrillators, patient monitoring systems, and suction machines. Each piece of equipment is installed to be easily accessible and functional during emergencies.
After the installation of medical equipment, our team conducts a comprehensive quality control check. We verify that all systems are functioning as intended and that the vehicle is compliant with all regulatory standards, including ISO certified ambulance manufacturer and AIS 125 compliant ambulance standards.
The ambulance or mobile medical unit undergoes a series of tests to ensure that all components, from the lighting system to the medical equipment, are functioning properly. Adjustments are made as needed to guarantee optimal performance.
Once the vehicle passes all tests, we deliver it to you. We also provide training to your team on how to operate the ambulance or mobile unit and maintain its medical equipment to ensure longevity and performance.
